Everybody - more or less consciously - is heading towards optimization of these parameters. The skill of coordination of the greatest number of process cycles on the smallest area within the shortest unit of time is the key to success. The necessity of multitasking and comprehension of a vast number of events thus generated as well as translation of events from construction site into construction technology environment have all become a separate and highly valuable part of the art of construction; we call it PROJECT MANAGEMENT.

We shun from appointing our management team to work with merely a laptop and a cellular phone in the hands of fate of business environment. Our managers have a solid base at their disposal: Tulcon has own extensive equipment stock thanks to which we are able to set up ourselves in a construction site immediately. Hundreds of portable containers, tens of tower cranes, excavators, loaders, heavy goods vehicles and transportation for people, immediate reaction teams (earth works, reinforced concrete works, steel structure installation, simple installation works) - this all gives us comfort and time that is necessary to prepare properly to execute projects.
